This isn’t ‘gay men not taking any shit’, OP, this is gay men being human garbage cans. TRANS MEN ARE MEN WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT. We get enough shit from outside the LGBT community, we don’t need more shit from inside it.

Trans men are female. That’s why you used to be called FtM: Female to Male.
Though you never really were male… you just took off-label hormones shown to ruin your health in the long term, all in the hopes of biohacking yourselves to look like men.
I know that’s a hard pill to swallow, but it is what it is. These are gay men. Male homosexuals. They are discussing a formative period in their community’s history. Trans men, not having been a participant in said history and not meeting the criteria for admission (ie: being both homosexual and male) do not qualify.
I’m a female homosexual — thereby meeting one of the criteria (and one more than you, I might add!) — and I wouldnt expect them to extend me an invitation, despite the fact that I find the subject matter fascinating.

It means, @hella-geoff, that gay and lesbian people are under no obligation to humor heterosexuals who feel entitled to our movement and spaces, no matter what they call themselves.
