There’s this weird stupid trend on this website where people think it’s “homophobia” to assume that gay people are going to do gay things and live up to stereotypes. It’s “homophobia” to assume that we have sex, it’s “homophobia” to acknowledge our gender nonconformity.

If you’re disgusted and offended by the idea of gay people doing drag or having sex or making lewd jokes with each other–if you just want us to smile and pose in front of a rainbow flag, far removed from what ‘sexuality’ actually means–you’re not as much of an ally as you think.
