Of all the children who had to experience their mother being murdered by their father since the year of 2000 in Sweden, one third were assigned their father as their legal guardian. That means about 50 children forced to live with the man who murdered their mother as their legal guardian, controlling their lives, demanding right to access to see them, denying them psychological care or to get a passport. Several of these children witnessed their father commit the murder. After murdering a woman, after murdering the mother of their child or children, these men were granted custody over their children. It’s so fucked up I can barely breathe. Imagine the trauma of these children. Imagine.
