How to fight your hatred of your female body: literally don’t fight it, submit to it, bind your breasts and commit to the permanent health problems this will cause.

Would really reccomend Against doing what this book says.

There is no way to safely bind. I used to wear a GC2B binder that fit me perfectly and I would still get chest pains and bruised ribs and I still feel pain in my ribcage from binding when I literally only did it frequently for about 3 months (Havent worn it for over 8 months now)

Trying to bind with a cotton/polyester shirt and then stitching said shirt up is an awful idea. Please, y’all are gonna hurt yourselves. Seek alternative solutions to dysphoria that don’t involve hurting yourself.
