brushing your teeth at least two times a day, showering without having to set up reminders, going to gym/excercising at home, washing your face, taking a shower everyday under 10 minutes, having an actual job, not creating made up genders and pronouns to feel special, having morals and compassion, caring about women, questioning things and having a critical mind, not going along with the mindless sheeple.
