The wildest thing about cotton ceiling rhetoric is that it assumes lesbian (and tbh female sexuality in general) is passive. When they tell us that we don’t have to interact with genitals during sex with TIMs, that we can just receive stimulation with them or stimulate them in other ways. As if we don’t have our own desire to interact with other womens’ vulvas; our own desires to touch other women and be touched in certain ways. 

It’s been said before but it is such a male patten of thinking to assume that all women would and should be okay with this.
