Today you woke up, it’s October 1st, every person and animal is gone without a trace, except for you, your next door neighbour who seems to be equally confused about the time lapse, and a pet you saw die three years ago. I love how they’re begrudgingly considering letting in a few poor vulnerable kids in order to preserve their schools’ existence. How fucked up is it that they play with young peoples lives so easily, allowing a select few to walk down the gilded path to inevitable top job and a better life, while others are left to rot.
